Booking & Cancelation Policy

DEPOSIT PROCEDURE

All new clients are required to pay a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure their first appointment. This deposit is fully redeemable for treatment received on the day. If you attend your appointment and decide not to have a treatment that day, your $50 deposit will be credited to your account for future treatments. If your appointment is rescheduled with more than 24-hour’s notice, your $50 deposit will be credited to your account to use at your next appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our appointments are precious, and we often have a waiting list of six weeks or more. We require 24-hour’s notice if you cannot keep your appointment. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them.

Missed appointments will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
